Dr. Emerson Lombardo is an internationally recognized Brain Health expert and the author of a recent article on Lifestyles and Alzheimer’s Disease, published in the first ever Encyclopedia of Lifestyle Medicine and Health, and creator of the evidence-based Memory Preservation Nutrition program which emphasizes spices & herbs, fish and seafood, vegetables and other brain healthy plant foods.
