INGREDIENTS:                                                                                              AMOUNT:

Purple Kale*, remove toughest parts of  stems 5 leaves
Orange ½
Fuji Apple ½
Ginger, not peeled Small piece
Avocado (Scoop out meat with spoon, remove pit, dispose of pit and peel) ½,  meat only
Cinnamon ¼ teaspoon
Water 1-2 cups
Orange for decoration Sliced

* Any kind of kale will work.  Purple kale makes a prettier color.

METHOD:

  1. 1.    Put everything EXCEPT ORANGE SLICES in a big food processor.
  2. 2.    Blend until smooth, just a few minutes

SERVING:  Use orange slices to decorate the glasses
