[1] Created, tested by Chef Trish Washuta (of Disneyland, USA) following Memory Preservation Nutrition®  program in consultation with Nancy Emerson Lombardo, PhD and HCI team circa 2007.  Trish and Nancy met at restaurant in Washington DC and hit it off sharing our common passion for nutrition and brain health.  Trish helped cure her son of so many problems related to ADHD and other issues, through improved nutrition.

In 2016 Trish is now lead Chef at an Assisted Living community in Florida!

We at the Brain Health and Wellness Center have successfully introduced this recipe and variations on this theme, with or without the granola, for breakfast, for snacks and as a dessert, in several Assisted Living communities in Massachusetts as well as at Amazing Place in Houston Texas, and elsewhere.   You will note one variation mentioned as a dessert option for the Labor Day Menu featured on MariaShriver.com on August 30, 2016.
