MPN™ Asian Slaw GF[1]                  Servings: 10-12 (1 cup)

 

1 Tbsp (Toasted) Sesame Oil

2 TBsps Canola Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3/8  cup Rice Vinegar

1-2 packets Truvia® or Sweetleaf®

2 tsp Soy Sauce, low sodium

pinch-¼ tsp cayenne, ground

6 cups Cabbage, shredded

2 cups Bok Choy, shredded or chopped

2 cups Snow Peas, fresh

2 large Carrots, sliced thin

½ cup Green Onions/Scallions, sliced thin

 

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in medium sized mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 24 hours.
