MPN™ Asian Slaw GF[1] Servings: 10-12 (1 cup)
1 Tbsp (Toasted) Sesame Oil
2 TBsps Canola Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3/8 cup Rice Vinegar
1-2 packets Truvia® or Sweetleaf®
2 tsp Soy Sauce, low sodium
pinch-¼ tsp cayenne, ground
6 cups Cabbage, shredded
2 cups Bok Choy, shredded or chopped
2 cups Snow Peas, fresh
2 large Carrots, sliced thin
½ cup Green Onions/Scallions, sliced thin
- Combine first 5 ingredients in medium sized mixing bowl and mix well.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together well.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 24 hours.
