MPN™ Grilled Pecan-Crusted Salmon                                 Servings: 4

2- 8 oz Salmon Fillets (Wild caught preferred)

1 large piece Aluminum Foil

Non-stick Cooking Spray or Canola Oil

2 Tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

¼ tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground

½ tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp fresh Ginger Root, grated (or ¼ tsp powdered ginger)

1 tsp No-Salt Mixed Herbs & Spices

2 Tbsp Molasses, organic, unsulfured; (black-strap preferred)

¼ cup Pecans, finely chopped

 Heat grill to medium-high heat.

  1. Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray, or brush with canola or olive oil.
  2. Place salmon on foil, skin side down.
  3. Mix oil and spices together; brush on filets.
  4. Seal aluminum foil (do not wrap tightly).
  5. Place on grill and cook 6-10 minutes, until salmon is flaky, but not dry.
  6. When cooked, remove from heat and open packet.
  7. Brush molasses on salmon and pat on pecans.
  8. Serve.
