MPN™ “Cocoa-Nut” Bananas
– A Brain Healthy Recipe[1] –
YIELD: 4 Servings
INGREDIENTS: AMOUNT
Bananas, sliced on the bias | 2 small |
Cocoa powder (unsweetened) | 4 tsp |
Toasted unsweetened coconut | 4 tsp |
Variations: Mix 1 tsp of cinnamon and/or 1 tsp ground flax seed with the cocoa powder before dipping the banana.
METHOD:
1) Place cocoa and coconut on separate plates.
2) Roll each banana slice in the cocoa, shake off the excess, then dip in the coconut.
Serve!
