Yield:  15 Squares

INGREDIENTS                                                                       AMOUNT

Kashi Seven in the Morning or similar high fiber, high quality, no sugar added cereal 1 cup
Rolled oats ¾ cup
Whole wheat flour ½ cup
Flax seeds (ground) 1 TBsp
Walnut pieces 1/3 cup
Dried cranberries ¾ cup
Baking soda ½ tsp
Sea salt 1/8 tsp
Ground cinnamon (Saigon/Vietnamese is best) ½ tsp
Nonfat vanilla yogurt 6 oz
Egg 1 large
Egg white 1 large
Expeller pressed canola oil 1/3 cup
Evaporated cane juice crystals 2/3 cup
Vanilla extract 1 tsp

METHOD:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients.

3. In food processor, process all wet ingredients until smooth.

4. Add liquid mixture to dry and mix well.

5. Pour batter into a lightly oiled 13 x 9 inch baking dish.

6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.  Cool, cut into squares and serve.
